When you win an SA Says giveaway, the app tells you. A claim code appears right there on your screen — and claiming happens inside the app, in a couple of taps. Nothing to fill in here, no details to hand over.

Your claim codeIf your device is drawn, a notification lands in the SA Says app. You don't need to be watching for it — it'll be waiting when you next open the app.
Open the notification and your claim code is on screen, in the format ABCD-EFGH. It belongs to your device and nobody else's.
Hit claim in the app before the window closes. The app shows you exactly how long you've got, so there's no guessing.
Once it's claimed, the app confirms it and takes you through whatever's needed to get the prize to you.
You must be 18 or older to enter a draw. Beyond that, you never have to prove who you are to enter — your anonymous device ID does that for you.
The honest answers, including the one nobody likes.
Then the prize goes back into the pot and a new winner is drawn at random. We can't reinstate an expired code — that would be unfair on whoever got drawn next. The upside: it means prizes never quietly disappear.
Reinstalling gives your phone a brand-new anonymous ID, and an unclaimed code is tied to the old one. There's no account to log back into, so a code can't follow you across a reinstall. Claim first, reinstall later.
Don't hand it over. SA Says will never ask for your claim code by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and we'll never ask you to pay anything to release a prize. Claiming only ever happens inside the app.
